WEBINAR ERRATA
We try to be as accurate as possible, but with all live performances, minor errors sometimes slip in. At one point in the webinar, a statement is made that the telephone assistance by the VA results in erroneous answers in up to two-thirds of the calls. According to a recent VA audit of themselves, the actual number is approximately one-third, still a significant number but less than I stated.
At slide #20 cash needed to pay the annual amount indicated is incorrect. The correct numbers are as follows: Annual payment: $23, 400; Cash needed $199,607 Annual Payment; $12,684; Cash needed $108,198
